Reading ratios

Ratios tell you how source points become destination points.
10,000 source points become 10,000 destination miles or points.
If a transfer bonus applies, the final miles may be higher.

Before transferring

Never transfer only because the ratio looks good. First confirm:
  • the award is available
  • the transfer time is acceptable
  • the destination miles are useful
  • the transfer is not reversible
  • your account details match
